YOGALA General Class - 7 April

YOGALA Sessions are back at the gallery! Come and join together once again to build a strong connection with your mind and body at our Wednesday evening YOGALA class with qualified Yogi, Liz Drumm. Liz's sessions are flowing and meditative for healing and restoring balance within the body, mind and spirit. Improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina. Please note spaces are limited to 12 people per session at a cost of $10 per person. BYO yoga mat.

*Coronavirus (COVID-19): Please be advised that our gallery space is kept to the highest WHS standards, and the personal health of our guests at this time is our highest priority. If you feel unwell, have travelled inter-state within the past 14 days, or have been in contact with someone testing positive to COVID-19, we kindly ask that you do not attend our YOGALA sessions for 2 weeks. If you have purchased a session ticket and subsequently fall into any of the above critera, please let us know via email and we can arrange to hold your ticket for a session in the future.
